11 or 12. I haven't used 12 yet, but from what I've heard its got some nice improvements.

I am currently runing Ubuntu 9.04 on my laptop and Fedora 12 on my desktop PC and I am really happy with them,

Not a popular one, but if your looking for simplicity Mint is pretty good.

Thanks guys, I currently have a dual boot of Win7 and Ubuntu (Tried Fedore to but Ubuntu is better).
