Just replace most of the files from there btw, if you have any 0.3c includes that are in the 0.3d download replace them, and all of the configuration stuff in the server\'s main directory folder.

Try turning the 'multicore' option to 0 which is located in X:\users:\<YOUR USERNAME>:\GTA San Andreas User Files:\sa-mp:\samp.cfg

I experience problems sometimes when my FPS is above 60, I see my character lagging and vehicles lagging too ...

Me and my friend have a problem

We were about to start a (test) server, And he portforwarded everything, server file was fine and sampserver worked, But he had some problems with finding the ''Global'' IP for us to join, We tried lots of IP's and still retrieving info bla bla.. Someone could help us?

The person who runs the server should go to that website.
That IP+the set port is what you should enter to join the server.
