The dialog colors looks simple, try to make different colours, i'll check the source later, but it looks good, will rep you if you do a better system.

And no errors/warnnings in this script maybe you edited it or you did something wrong..
EDIT: Try to put this after "filterscript" in server.cfg, EX: filterscripts RCP << put it on the first...

Don't merge it with your gamemode, edit the server.cfg and type near > Filterscripts RCP
