0.3b Development bar gone - WackoX - 07.07.2010

Since the Forums & Wiki are down the 'Development: 0.3b' bar on the homepage is gone.
Does this mean the Development has been stopped?

I think its just not enabled after restoring the site.

Development may stop at one point, but it'll always "come back." I'm also pretty sure Kye will continue SA-MP after 0.3b, no matter what. He can't just leave such a big MP mod like this.

SA-MP is awesome, I'm sure Kye & his team won't stop development at this moment.

Offtopic: Yes, I've got a new account. You must notice I created this acc less than 2 hours ago, maybe less than 1 hour ago. My old acc is kinda abandoned, so to say. :P

Ontopic: It's probably gonna be back soon, 'cuz Kye won't stop the development of 0.3b. He promised that he will develop 0.3b. Technically, we want this version atleast. SA-MP has enough (almost). The only thing I want is a working complete GUI system and SA-MP is complete for me. But I hope Kye will develop SA-MP beyond 0.3b anyway. Is it just me or I'm changing the subject. W/e.

I think it's time we all move on to other games. I mean, it's 2010, GTA SA was released for PC in 2005

If you remake San Andreas on the IV engine for us with all of San Andreas' awesome features, okay then!

That is Rockstar's job, not mine. Although it would be awesome to play SA on the IV engine, I don't see it happening in the next 3 years.

There's a similar thread that relates to this exact same query. It's most likely because of the whole new forums, they're probably being held back from development as they set new things up, the website, other aspects, or probably need a break or something. Someone stated that the bar used to randomly go missing, probably development breaks etc.

I just hope that 0.3b fixes all the current bugs which are possible to be fixed, remove default map icons and all SP features which haven't been deleted yet.

Gta sa is more flexible than any other game(exept gary's mod)..you can mod it as much as you want..

GTA SA/SA-MP still beats Gmod, as there are too many bugs and Gmod is very unstable. This may be caused by the fact that Gmod is running on LUA, wich isnt the best choise of scripting language.

And I dont think Kye is giving up this easy on SA-MP. I think and hope Kye is motivated to go all the way to version 1.0 of SA-MP. That may take some years as we're still at 0.3a and its almost taking a whole year to get up to next version. Lets just hope for the best, for the best game modification ever; San Andreas Multiplayer

I don't think Kye will ever completely stop development. I mean it might be one line a year, but it's impossible to completely stop. (maybe?)

If he announced that SA:MP developement is stopped, players would start going away. And you know what it means if players start going away ...
